Base Class: Artificer
A Transmuter is an expert at modifying animate and inanimate objects in order to suit their personal needs. They are skilled at reforming or even adding additional traits to objects that wouldn't normally have them. This group of Artificers are of a path which has branched off of the standard Alchemic tradition.
Transmuter Spells
Starting at 3rd level, you always have certain spells prepared after you reach particular levels in this class, as shown in the Transmuter Spells table. These spells count as artificer spells for you, but they don’t count against the number of artificer spells you prepare.

Sensory Upgrade
Starting at 3rd level, you are able to sense more keenly. Depending on what feature you choose, you'll get an upgrade to one of your senses. You can pick an additional sense at 5th level, and a 3rd sense at 15th level. You will get a pamphlet when you gain this feature at 3rd level that details the descriptions of all the uses of this ability.
| Sensory upgrade |
|---|
| Sight |
| Smell |
| Sound |
| Taste |
| Touch |
Sight
For the duration of 5 minutes through an eye of your choice you are able to see the heat signatures of any object, whether it be living or not.
Smell
For the duration of 5 minute you can turn into a Blink Dog which only has Advantage on smell.
Sound
For the duration of 5 minutes you gain Blindsight up to 30 feet.
Taste
You can use your action and expend one artificer spell slot to focus your awareness on the region around you. For 1 minute per level of the spell slot you expend, you can sense whether the following types of creatures are present within 1 mile of you (or within up to 6 miles if you are in your favored terrain): aberrations, celestials, dragons, elementals, fey, fiends, and undead. This feature doesn’t reveal the creatures’ location or number.
Touch
For the duration of 5 minutes, you gain Tremorsense.
Silver Enhancement
Whenever you finish a short or long rest, you can touch a non-magical object and combine it with any silver you may have on hand to become a Silvered Weapon. You can only make one of these at a time.
Extra Attack
Beginning at 5th level, you can attack twice, rather than once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
Attack Reshaping
Starting at 9th level, you are able to alter your magical abilities and reshape your attacks. When you take the attack action, you can choose to reroll the attack or damage die after you see the roll, but before the DM decides if it hits or misses in the case of the attack roll. You are only able to reroll the die if it lands on the number corresponding to the correct die in the Attack Reshaping Table. You can use this feature equal to half of your Proficiency Bonus, and it recharges after you finish a long rest.
Attack Reshaping
| Die Type | Reroll Number |
|---|---|
| D4 | 1 |
| D6 | 1, 2 |
| D8 | 1, 2 |
| D10 | 1, 2, 3 |
| D12 | 1, 2, 3 |
| D20 | 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 |
Arcane Enhancement
Starting at 15th level, you have learned how to enhance yourself and your magical abilities to their fullest potential. When you finish a long rest, you gain a number of D4 Enhancement Die equal to half of your Intelligence Modifier. When you cast a spell of 4th level or lower, you can roll an Enhancement Die and upcast a spell by the number the die lands on. Once you reach 18th level, you are able to upcast a spell of 5th level or lower.
