Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

There is little more vile, more disgusting, and more gluttonous than the oozes spawned by the demon lord Jubilex. Yet, even against base nature, creatures still seek out Jubilex’s twisted patronage, his vile gifts, or they find him by a complete and devastating coincidence. Barbarians belonging to the path of ooze have strayed from the path of sane reasoning, and instead they serve only to feed and grow. The reasoning for these barbarian’s hunger varies extremely from Barbarian to barbarian. Some hunger for jubilex’s patronage in search for power, strength, and fulfillment. Others might be the result of a horrid arcane experiment gone horribly wrong or extremely right. And some might have been spawn of Jubilex himself given a scrap of sentience and a body to inhabit, but no matter the origin, these barbarians only know two things: fury, and hunger.

Corrosive rage

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, whenever you rage you transform a mindless and hungering ooze like monster who seeks only to be filled. When you rage you gain resistance to acid and poison damage along with your rage resistances. Additionally while in this form you are not effected by difficult terrain.

Any armor or magic items that you are wearing when you rage also transform and you keep their benefits while in this form.

Vile Assault

When you reach 6th level, your vile and disgusting form while raging affects the very weapons you use to fight. While you are raging, all attacks deal an extra 1d6 acid damage. This damage increases to 2d6 at level 14.

Hungering Hulk

Once you reach 10th level, you become able to consume those fallen in combat. When you reduce a creature of your size or smaller to 0 hit points while raging, you can use your reaction to absorb their corpse and begin to digest it. When you are digesting a corpse, you must contain concentration for a minute as if you were concentrating on a spell(this is not effected by your rage however) and losing concentration makes you dispel the corpse. When you successfully digest a creature. You are healed for 5d6 hit points, with any healing that goes over your hit point maximum becoming temporary hit points that last for while you are raging or until they run out.

you can only digest a corpse that is less than an hour old, one that you haven’t attempted to digest before, and you can  only digest one corpse at a time.

Acrid Behemoth

Starting at 14th level, when you rage, you become a massive hulking behemoth of ooze and gluttony. While you are raging you gain the following benefits:

  • Your creature size is large
  • You become immune to acid and poison damage
  • You become immune to the Prone and Exhaustion conditions.
  • 10 feet is added to your movement speed
