Channel Divinity

Performance Review.  You can use your Channel Divinity to give one of your allies a performance review. As an action, you give one of your allies within 30ft and that can hear you, other than yourself, advantage on all ability checks and saving throws for the next 10 minutes.

Red Tape. You can use your Channel Divinity to throw up a bureaucratic barrier against one of your enemies. When a creature within 30ft of you takes an action you can use a reaction to activate your Channel Divinity to force them to make an Intelligence saving throw against your spell DC. On failed save, they are prevented from taking that action, they can substitute a different action of their choice. For instance if the creature was going to take the Attack action it could substitute the Dodge action.

Starting at 7th level, you constantly emanate an aura of authority and professionalism that instills a tendency to obedience in the creatures around you. Creatures within 10ft of you have disadvantage on saving throws against any enchantment spell you cast.

At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.

Starting at 15th level, you have achieve the consistency and order expected of a well functioning bureaucracy. You can choose to roll a 10 on the d20 for one attack roll, one ability check and one saving throw each day. You must choose to use this ability before you make the roll. This ability is not affected by advantage or disadvantage.

Infallible Administrator

At 20th level, you gain the ability to harness the extraordinary reliability of bureaucracy. As an action, you can magically become an avatar of order, gaining the following benefits for 1 minute:

  • You cannot have disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks or saving throws.
