Base Class: Monk
Speed has always been the mainstay for monks, but some specialize in it and the utilization of the speed. These monks spend their time racing and learning hoe to fight on the move.
Falcon Punch/Falcon Kick
Starting when you choose this tradition at the 3rd level, the essence of your speed starts to manifest itself, usually in the form of a falcon. As an action, spend 1 ki point to make an unarmed strike to deal 3d6 fire damage on a hit and half on a miss.
Alternatively, after you move at least 5ft, propel yourself 15ft in a straight line (doesn't count towards your movement) dealing 3d6 fire damage on a hit and half on a miss. On a miss, you continue to move the rest of the 15ft if your target is less than 15ft away.
Each ki point you spend increases fire damage by 1d6
Falcon Dive
You can spend a ki point to propel yourself to a creature within 20ft with your speed enflaming your fist. Make an unarmed strike roll, on a hit, you deal 2d8 fire damage plus your dexterity modifier and you can slam the creature to the ground or 10 feet into the air.
The damage die increases by 1d8 every 2 levels.
Raptor Boost
Focusing all of your speed into your hand, you can attack a creature exactly 20ft away as you lunge forward and stop suddenly with your fist just inches from your target causing an explosion from the sudden stop. You cannot accumulate the speed needed if you attack any creature less than 20ft.
Spend 2 ki points to attack a creature exactly 20ft away. After hitting a creature that is exactly 20ft away, each creature in a 20ft radius must make a DEX save, taking 7d6 fire damage on a failed save or half on a successful one, you are exempt from the damage you cause. If you use this feature to attack a creature more than 20ft away, you are not exempt from the damage you cause.
Blue Falcon
Your powerful speed has connected you to the true essence of speed. Spend 5 ki points, to burst in a blue aura. For the next minute, your movement increases with 10ft and you can use the other class features without spending ki points.
