Base Class: Sorcerer

The Sparks have been engulfed by the magical energy of the Shimmering Bridge Bifröst, and now some of that energy resides forever in them, thus gaining more and more freedom of movement inside and between the nine realms and being blessed by the possibility to attune to some of those realms.

This rare individuals had some exposure early in their life to the energy from Bifröst and had some intrinsic magical affinity that allowed them to hold some of it. Most of the time an unbound curiosity, the need to travel, or to allow others to do so, an open perspective, a welcoming spirit and a lack of prejudice are distinctive traits.

This is version 0.7 be indulgent is my first subclass. (Still have to do some formatting as well as balance)

Shifting Spirit

At 1st level you gain the ability to teleport frequently at short distances:

  • Standing up from prone now only take 5 feet of your movement as you teleport minute distances with ease. You can appear within 5 feet of where you were. 
  • You can use your bonus action to teleport yourself 15 feet. You can use this bonus action a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You can recover all such uses with a long rest.

At 6th level the distance becomes 30 feet, at 14th level it becomes 45 feet, and at 18th level it becomes 60 feet. (Level in this class)

Traveler of the Realms

At 1st level choose one of the nine realms (four available for now) that you are attuned to, you can have a number of these spells equal to half your proficiency bonus rounded down prepared in addition to the known spell from the Bifrost and the attuned Realm list.

You can prepare spells from the relevant lists after a long rest.

At 14th level you gain another Realm that you can attune to, you can only have one attuned Realm at any given point in time, it can be changed during a long rest.

Shimmering of the Rainbow

At 6th level your the powers of the Bifröst give you the edge in battle. When calculating AC and initiative, add your Charisma modifier. When you are required to roll a Dexterity Save from a spell, an attack or to dodge something, you can use a Reaction and a Sorcery Point to give yourself advantage and on Dexterity saving throws until the end of your next round.
When in darkness, you emit dim coloured light for 5 ft, which cannot be blocked by clothes, if you have the Subtle Spell Metamagic you can turn this off for one hour as an Action by spending one Sorcery Point.

Mastery of Bifröst

At 14th level, you add the following spell to your known spells (do not count toward the limit of total spells known):

  • Teleportation circle
  • Word of Recall
  • Plane Shift

Regarding Word of Recall, the designated place must be dedicated to your attuned Traveler of the Realms realm alternatively the designated place can also be on that realm.

Golden Guardian

At 18th level you gain the following features: 

  • You are immune to the damage of the type described in your chosen Traveler of Realms feature.
  • Once per turn when you deal damage you can add your Charisma modifier to the damage, the damage is of the type described in your chosen Traveler of Realms feature.
  • You can spend 5 sorcery points to cast either Gate or Foresight once without expending a spell slot, you can't do so again for d8+1 days.
