Base Class: Bard
Sitting amongst a group of wounded soldiers, the bard begins to play a chipper tune, singing to the recovering fighters. Bards in the College of Rejuvenation use their music and magics to soothe the pain of their fallen comrades, keeping the party's spirits high and their health full. These bards have spent much time learning special methods that are used to alleviate the physical trauma encountered throughout the world; because of this they are typically employed as field medics and morale lifters by many armies.
Medicine Expert
When you join the College of Rejuvenation at 3rd level, you gain expertise with the medicine skill, additionally when you stabilize a creature by any means they gain hit points equal to one roll of your bardic inspiration die.
Inspirational Healing
You have learned to increase the output of your healing spells using your musical prowess. Whenever you heal a creature with a spell, you can expend a bardic inspiration die and add the roll to the total amount healed.
Shield of Inspiration
The inspiration you grant to your allies now emboldens them with temporary vitality. Whenever a creature uses a bardic inspiration die that you granted, they gain temporary hit points equal to the roll + your charisma modifier. These temporary hit points are not stackable and fade on a long rest.
Saving Grace
You have learned to soften a fatal strike against your allies. Whenever a creature within 60 feet of you is reduced to zero hit points and falls unconscious, you can use your reaction to expend a bardic inspiration die, adding your charisma modifier and proficiency bonus to the roll. If the result is higher than the damage that reduced them to zero hit points they do not fall unconscious and are healed by the difference.
