Base Class: Rogue
The Reaper Rogue has experienced death enough to begin to control it.
Burst of Death
Beginning at 3rd level, when you hit a creature with a sneak attack, a burst of necrotic energy flows over nearby creatures. All other creatures within 5ft of the creature you hit must make a Dexterity saving throw or take half of your sneak attack damage in necrotic damage, and take no damage on a success.
Vision of Death
Beginning at 3rd level, as a bonus action on your turn, you can create an illusion of that creature's own death to appear before them. The creature must be no more than 60 feet away and must be in line of sight. The creature that can see the Image must make a Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. The save can be repeated at the end of each of the creature’s turns. On a save, the creature is immune to the frightened effect from the same source for 24 hours. When this creature is reduced to 0 hp, you gain a number of temporary hit points equal to your level in this class. You can use this feature a number of times per long rest equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once) but can only have 1 affected creature at a time.
Representation of Death
Beginning at 9th level you are immune to being frightened. You can also add half your proficiency bonus, rounded down, to a death saving throw. You can do this once per short rest.
Enforcer of Death
Beginning at 13th level, when you reduce a creature's hit points zero, you can gain a bonus to your sneak damage equal to your charisma modifier (minimum of 1). You can store this extra damage up to 3 times. Once you use these 3 charges, you must complete a long rest before using this ability again.
Guardian of Death
When you reach 17th level, you’ve experienced enough death and have probably tumbled with it yourself. When an ally within 30ft of you is dropped to 0 hit points, you can use your reaction to cast Spare the Dying with a range of 30 feet. You can do this once per Short or Long Rest.
Additionally, when an unconscious ally is within 5ft of you, they have advantage on death saving throws.
