The Way of the Tyrant is based around increasing their combat potential by increasing their strength and dexterity through the intense training of their naturally violent nature.

Tyrant's Surge

Starting when you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain Surge die. your surge die is 1d6, and increases to 2d6 at 5th level, 3d6 at 10th level, 4d6 at 13th level, and 5d6 at 16th level. Using a bonus action will allow you to add this extra damage to a weapon attack, but enemies roll to hit with advantage against you on their next turn.

You gain proficiency with a One-handed melee weapon of your choice.

Tyrant Revelio

Starting at 7th level, if you choose to use your Tyrant's Surge, you gain advantage on that attack roll. 

Additionally, you gain expertise in acrobatics and athletics checks.

Blazing Impact

At 10th level, you can choose to change your Tyrant's Surge damage to fire damage to overcome resistances. Additionally, melee weapon attacks you make are magical for the sake of overcoming resistance.

Reigning Pride

At 15th level, you can add 2 to your initiative rolls. If you are either the first or second person in the initiative order, your first melee weapon attack deals an additional 1d12 damage of that weapon's type.

Tyrant Presence

At 18th level, you can use an action to force every creature of your choice within 60 ft. of you to make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become Frightened of you. You gain Advantage on attack and damage rolls against frightened creatures and you can knock them prone with a weapon attack if they are Huge or smaller.
