Beguiling Posture

Armor Total is 13 + DEX Mod + CHA MOD. The Player may also use their CHA MOD in place of WIS on WIS ability checks. Pay 1 ki to have Unarmed attacks deal additional damage in the amount of the Monk's CHA bonus, this damage is Psychic, this bonus lasts 1 minute and is visible as flower petals seem to form and rain on the monk and dissapate as they touch the ground and powerful perfume can be smelled.

Storms of Shendilavri

At 6th level you can pay one Ki to form an Aura around the monk at a 10 foot radius, which increases to 15/20/25/30 feet at Monk level 9/12/15/18 respectively, this last 1 minute.  Inside this Aura all enemies have to make a CHA save, on a failed save the enemy must move to the best of their ability on their turn to an adjacent square of the Monk, on a successful save they are unaffected by the pull. Next, all enemies struck while in the Aura, take the Monk's CHA Modifier in the form of additional psychic damage.

 

Envoy of the Eros

By 11th level, the monk may pay 1 ki to buff all allies' death saving throws in a 30 ft radius by the Monks CHA MOD for 10 minutes. Also, during these minutes one ally of the Monk's choice will recieve the monk's CHA MOD on their skill checks as an inspirational bonus, this inspirational bonus may be switched as a full round action as it takes time to influence the person affected.

Avatar of Lust

At 17th level, The Monk may Expend 10 Ki to let out a 30ft radius explosion.  All enemies caught in the explosion must make a CHA save, if the save is successful the the enemy is stunned for one round as they fight off the urges inside them, if the save is failed the enemy is prone for the Monk's CHA MOD in rounds and stunned for 1 round as they succumb to all their urges and senses become overwhelmed with pleasure.  The abilities from Beguiling posture, Storms of Shendilavri, and Envoy of the Eros immediately activate for 1 minute.
