Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

The Path of Patient Fury is for barbarians who, instead of entering a blind rage, wish to control and channel their fury into quick, devastating blows.

Marks of Fury

If an enemy attacks you or an ally within 60 ft. of you, they gain one Mark of Fury up to a maximum equal to your proficiency bonus. You gain a bonus to attack rolls against a marked target equal to the number of marks they have. In addition, marked targets take a penalty to attack rolls equal to the number of marks they have. In addition, if you land an attack against a marked target, you can choose to consume the Marks of Fury on them in order to deal more damage. You will add an extra +1d8 damage for every mark consumed in this manner. Upon using this feature, all Marks of Fury on other creatures than the target will be removed. Critical hits do apply to extra damage done by this feature.

Patience

You are no longer able to rage, but you may choose to add your wisdom modifier to attack rolls in addition to whatever other bonuses that may be applied. If you choose to do so, however, you may not apply your ability score modifier to your damage rolls. In addition, you gain advantage on all wisdom saving throws.

Patient Recovery

Upon successfully using Furious Cut on an enemy, you now heal for 1 Hit Point per Mark of Fury consumed in the attack.

True Channel

Upon landing a critical hit against a hostile creature with full Marks of Fury, you may consume ALL Marks of Fury currently active, and deal 1d8 points of damage to the target per mark consumed. This damage is not multiplied on a critical hit. This ability may be used once per long rest.
