Way of Twilight

As a Way of Twilight Monk, your unorthodox discipline offers you means to quickly jump in and out of the fray of combat as you see fit, while also offering you unique abilities to twist the minds of creatures both in and out of battle. As you have learned your tricks through the ever elusive powers of Fey creatures within the wild planes, you move and sway in chaos, and you are only to be found when you want to be.

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can use your ki to duplicate the effects of certain spells. As an action, you can spend 2 ki points to cast silence, pass without trace, orcharm person at second level without providing material components. Additionally, you gain the minor illusion cantrip if you don’t already know it.

Guise of the Wilds

3rd-level Way of Twilight feature

Your fey qualities give you a supernatural charm. As a result, whenever you make a Charisma check, you gain a bonus to the check equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of +1).

In addition, you gain proficiency in one of the following skills of your choice: Deception, Intimidation, or Persuasion.

Stepping Into the Fey

At 6th level, you gain the ability to use shadows as a means of tapping into your Fey nature. When you are in dim light or darkness, as a bonus action you can cast misty step, allowing you to instantaneously teleport to an unoccupied space within 30 feet without using a verbal component. You then have advantage on the first melee attack you make before the end of the turn.

Twilight's Gift

Your connection to the Feywilds is taking its effects on you. Your skin becomes more vibrant, your hair a bit more lustrous, and you gain one unique blessing from the table below that you may either choose, or roll to gain randomly.

11th-level Way of Twilight feature

The magic of the Feywilds guards your mind. You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.

In addition, whenever you or a creature you can see within 120 feet of you succeeds on a saving throw against being charmed or frightened, you can spend 2 ki points and use your reaction to force a different creature you can see within 120 feet of you to make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. If the save fails, the target is charmed or frightened by you (your choice) for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a successful save.

Safe Passage in Darkness

At 17th level, you gain the elusiveness of the Fey. Whenever a creature hits you with a melee attack, you may use your reaction and spend 3 ki points to teleport the distance of your walking speed away to an empty space that is within dim-light or complete darkness as a means to escape from additional damage.
