Base Class: Warlock
(This is a very campaign-focused, flavor-driven subclass.)
Your patron is an other-worldly being separate from the form of existence we know as 'reality'. It could be an ancient deity from the dawn of creation, a historic wizard with centuries of archaic and forbidden knowledge, or even some kind of primal leviathan banished from our physical cosmos seeking some way back. Whomever or whatever your patron may be, you have somehow obtained arcane knowledge of a bygone era before the time of creation. Use this power to control and understand how the universe functions and make it yours. Take control and discover the secrets of life's true form to modify its essence and shape the world as you wish.
All you must do, is dig deeper...

Alchemical Insight
Starting at 1st level, your patron bestows upon you the ability to begin to grasp the inner workings of the cosmos and the fundamental functions of existence. You may use your raw Intelligence to understand and manipulate these forces.
You can use your Intelligence instead of Charisma for Warlock Class Features and for your Spellcasting Ability.
(As such, any instance of the Intelligence score or modifier in regards to any Warlock features or abilities may also be substituted for the Charisma score or modifier.)
Nigredo
The Dark Night of the Soul...
The proposed first stage in discovering the Prima Materia is known as "Nigredo". All elements must be cleansed and burned away to reveal a burnt and darker material held within. This is the first lesson you have been taught by your patron. Take this knowledge and burn away the weaker elements of this world, and reveal the inner workings of reality.
Starting at 1st level, as a bonus action, you may target a creature you can see within 30 feet; the creature must make a Charisma saving throw against your Warlock spell save DC. If it succeeds, the creature is dealt psychic damage equal to your proficiency bonus. If it fails the saving throw, the creature is dealt psychic damage equal to your proficiency bonus, and is given the Disrupted (X) condition, where (X) is equal to your Intelligence modifier. The feature can be used a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and all expended uses are restored when you finish a long rest.
Once a creature fails the saving throw, it can not be targeted by this feature again for 10 minutes.
Burn it Away...
Starting at 1st level, whenever you deal damage to a creature under the Disrupted (X) Condition, you may deal an additional amount of psychic damage equal to the number of Disruption stacks the creature is affected by (the number of stacks is indicated by the number in parenthesis).
Disruption (Condition)
While a Creature is under the Disruption condition, it subtracts (1d4) to all attacks and saving throws. At the end of its turn, decrease the number of stacks of Disruption by 1.
Albedo
Wash away the Impurities...
You have grown in understanding of the steps you must take to access the Prima Materia. The whispers of your patron teach you your next lesson -- Albedo, the action of purification and separation. Understand this lesson, and you will be able better influence the essences of those around you -- enough so to wrench out their own will for a moment of time.
Starting at 6th level, when a creature under the Disruption(X) condition attempts to make an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check, you may use your reaction to remove all stacks of Disruption(X) from the creature. For each stack of Disruption removed this way, it subtracts (1) from the roll and is dealt (1d4) psychic damage. You may use this feature twice per long rest.
Bring Light and Clarity...
With your research and experiments into modifying the rules that define the established link of body and soul, you have greater influence and resistance to those who may exert their own will upon yours.
Starting at 6th level, you gain resistance to psychic damage.
Citrinitas
Cultivate and Transform...
Citrinitas, the third step towards achieving the mythical Prima Materia. You have learned how to modify the threads of existence that tie themselves to the essence of others. Your patron is pleased with your progress and bestows upon you the next stage of true transformation. You can now utilize the raw energy of existence to form and create new designs to help you on your quest to harness the tools of creation.
Manipulate the Soul Light...
Starting at 10th level, whenever you deal psychic damage to a creature, you gain one point of Residual Energy. You may hold a total number of Residual Energy points equal to ("Intelligence Modifier " x "Proficiency Bonus" + 5 ).
Ut novum viventem Infundi...
Starting at 10th level, as an action, you may expend any number of Residual Energy points to create a non-magical item. Each Residual Energy point expended this way increases the value of the item by 10 gp. If a spell you were to cast requires a material casting component, you may expend a number of points equal to the material's value to replace and act as the casting component.
(At the Dungeon Master's discretion, you may create a selected magical item of common or uncommon value. Discuss this first with your DM.)
Left for Entropy...
When you create an item from Residual Energy, the essences that helped shape the item will eventually destabilize over time. Without correction, the item will decay into its base essences after 24 hours after its creation. This process can be prevented if the object is infused with an equal amount of Residual Energy points equal to its value, every 24 hours over the course of 7 days. After this, the object's essences will remain fixed and it will be a permeant object.
From Silver to Gold...
Starting at 10th level, as a bonus action, you may expend 10 points of Residual Energy to grant a target creature you can see within 30 feet the Empowered (2) condition.
Once a creature is targeted by this feature, it can not be targeted again with this feature for 10 minutes.
Empowered (Condition)
While a creature is under the Empowered condition, it adds (+5) to its attacks, ability checks, and saving throws. "(X)" is the current number of Empowered stacks on the creature. At the end of the creature's turn, decrease the number of Empowered stacks by 1.
Rubedo
Magnum Opus effectum...
You have found it. After manipulating the other-worldly forces that dictate what exists and what does not, you have found the original form of all matter. The Prima Materia. With this learned, you can use the knowledge you have gained from your Patron, and from your own experimentation to greater enhance your own abilities.
Prima Materia...
Starting at 14th level, as an action, you may expend any number of spell slots to increase your number of Residual Energy points by the twice the level of the spell slots expended this way. You may use this feature once per long rest.
In addition, your maximum number of Residual Energy points is increased by 5. Also, now when you expend Residual Energy points to create an object, you may increase the value of each point spent to 25 gp per point.
Harness the Celestial Dawn...
Starting at 14th level, once per long rest, when a creature you can see within 30 feet fails its Charisma saving throw against being Disrupted, you may expend 10 points of Residual Energy to increase the size of the curse die to (1d8) and increase their Disruption(X) by an additional 5 stacks.
With Synthesis and Experience...
Starting at 14th level, once per long rest, you may use an action to expend any number of Residual Energy points up to your Warlock level. For each point expended, you may grant that many Temporary Hit Points to yourself and a number of creatures you can see within 30 feet equal to your proficiency bonus.
