Base Class: Bard
Bards from the College of strings have a unique way of fighting. They wield their instrument and blade in the other to form a combination might and music which cannot be rivaled.
Sharp Performance
You've learned how to wield numerous blades. When you pick this subclass you gain proficiency with scimitars and medium armor.
Swordsman's Song
You learn the swordsman's song, a song able to enhance your precision. When you cast a levelled spell from the Bard spell list you gain a +1 bonus to your next attack roll using
a melee weapon you're proficient with. This bonus may stack with itself and disappears at the end of your next turn.
Theme of Swords
Your spells begin to infuse your weapon with enhanced power. At 6th level, when you cast a leveled Bard spell, your next weapon attack with a melee weapon you're proficient with gains a bonus to it's damage rolls equal to a number of d6 equal to the spell's level. This bonus disappears at the end of your next turn.
Blade Weaving
You move your blade like the strings of your instrument. At 14th level, you may use Charisma instead of Strength or Dexterity for attack and damage rolls for weapons you're proficient with. Swordsman's Song now applies to the next two attack rolls using a melee weapon which deals piercing or slashing damage. In addition, after you make an attack as an action you may cast a leveled Bard spell with a spell slot equal to or lower than 2nd level as part of that action.
