Paladin
Base Class: Paladin

The Oath of Prosperity is sworn to the ideal that through resourceful and fortune all manner of success can be achieved. The paladins that swear this oath dedicate themselves to serving both personal goals and wider-reaching schemes to impact those surrounding them, often through financing public works, services and other constructions for the betterment of civilisation. Ever watchful over what their wealth have wrought and achieved, they are often stalwart protectors and guardians of the surroundings in which they settle, quick to stand fast against those that would threaten their investments of coin and time alike. Others paladins sworn to the Oath of Prosperity may instead decide to roam from place to place, claiming riches and fame alike through action, deed and reward.

Channel Divinity

When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following Channel Divinity options.

Renowned Aptitude. As a bonus action, you can use your Channel Divinity to augment and heighten your natural acumen. For the next 10 minutes, you have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) and Wisdom (Insight) checks. In addition, choose one language you do not currently understand. For the duration, you gain understanding of your chosen language.

Aureate Aegis.  Immediately after an attacker within 30 feet of you hits one of your allies with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to grant your ally temporary hit points equal to 2d8+ your level in this class before damage is dealt. Doing so covers them in a golden sheen that persists until the temporary hit points are expended, or 1 minute passes. Alternatively, via a bonus action you can use this Channel Divinity to instead provide assistance allies of your choice, providing two of them with 1d8 + half your level in this class (and a silver sheen) or three of them with 1d4 + a third your level in this class (and a bronze sheen) respectively.

Arcane Bazaar

Starting at 7th level, during a short or long rest, you can magically transform any coinage you have on your immediate person into an item of equivalent average worth. For each short or long rest, you can transform a value of currency equal to 10 times your current Paladin level.

Continued Success

Starting at 15th level, your experiences dealing with even the most surprising occurrences has given you an unerring sense of resilience. You have advantage on saving throws against becoming paralyzed or stunned.

Luminary Unparalleled

Tales of your exploits have spread far and wide, and for a few moments you encompass them all - and more. At 20th level you can as a bonus action, gain the following benefits for 1 minute:

  • You embrace the legends of your peerless entrepreneurial spirit, gaining advantage on all Charisma checks.
  • Eager to get back to matters more financially valuable, you spurn battle to an end more rapidly than seemingly possible. Once on each of your turns when you make a weapon attack and miss, you can cause that attack to hit instead.
  • If you fail a saving throw, you can use your reaction to reroll it. You must use this new roll.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest, unless you expend a 5th-level spell slot to use it again.
