First Ideal

3rd level Windrunner feature

You have spoken the words that bind you to your spren and make you an honourable fighter. You have bonded an honorspren and can count it as an ally in battle. The spren has an AC of 15 + your proficiency bonus and is immune to all damage and conditions. Your spren has a mind of its own and will typically stay around you unless otherwise commanded. Your spren cannot be killed or dismissed, although it can be invisible and silent. Spren can be captured in gemstones with the correct processes.

You can use your spren in the following ways:

  • As a bonus action, you can gain your spren's senses. This allows you to hear and see whatever your spren does for 1 minute or until dismissed.
  • When you take the attack action on your turn, you can have your spren aid you, gaining advantage for all attack rolls and damage rolls this turn. Once you use this option, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
  • As an action, you can affix an item to another item, causing them to be attached. This lasts for 1 minute or until dismissed.
  • As a bonus action, you can cause yourself to be pulled into the air, negating the force of gravity. This gives you a flying speed of 40 feet for 1 minute or until dismissed.

Surgebinder Body

3rd level Windrunner feature

You have heightened senses and healing than you had before. You gain proficiency in insight and perception. Additionally, you naturally heal a number of hit points each turn of combat equal to your constitution modifier while you are conscious and your spren is within 10 feet of you. Outside of combat, your body slows, as does you healing; you naturally heal a number of hit points each minute equal to your constitution modifier.

Second Ideal

7th level Windrunner feature

You have spoken the words that can elevate you to a higher version of yourself, and your bond with your honourspren has strengthened. As a result, your spren can be commanded to become any weapon or tool in your grasp. This tool or weapon is indestructible and glows faintly blue. It takes whatever shape you imagine for the weapon or tool, but it weighs slightly less than a normal physical version of it would. As a tool, it can be used as a normal set of tools could be, with proper proficiency. As a weapon, it is a melee weapon with a 5 foot range that deals 3D4 radiant damage. Only you can hold the tool or weapon, as it reverts back to a spren once you let go.

You can use your spren in the following additional ways:

  • As a bonus action, you can summon or dismiss the weapon or item, or you can change the look or type of weapon or item. This cannot be done between attacks in a single turn.
  • As a reaction, you can morph your spren into a shield of blue light, giving you +3 AC until the beginning of your next turn. You can use this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

Third Ideal

10th level Windrunner feature

You have spoken the words that can elevate you to a higher version of yourself, and your bond with your honourspren has strengthened. As a result, your spren can aid you better than before. The duration of your spren abilities is increased from 1 minute to 2 minutes. The damage of your radiant weapon is increased to 4D4.

You can use your spren in the following additional ways:

  • When there is an attack roll against you, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on that attack roll and all other attack rolls against you until the beginning of your next turn. You can use this a number of times equal to your constitution bonus per long rest.

Fourth Ideal

15th level Windrunner feature

You have spoken the words that can elevate you to a higher version of yourself, and your bond with your honourspren has strengthened. As a result related spren to your bonded spren can be commanded to become armour around you or another ally. The armour appears as blue crystalline plate. It takes whatever shape you imagine for the armour, but it weighs almost nothing. The armour is indestructible and glows faintly blue. While wearing this armour, your AC becomes 20 and critical attacks against you become normal attacks.

You can use your spren in the following additional ways:

  • As a bonus action, you can summon or dismiss the armour on yourself or an ally within 10 feet or transfer it between you an an ally within 10 feet. This cannot be done between attacks on a single turn.
  • As an action, you can create a 10-foot square crystalline wall one-inch thick that can block any projectiles or force anywhere you can see within 100 feet. This lasts 2 minutes or until dismissed.

Final Ideal

18th level Windrunner feature

You have spoken the final words that can elevate you to a higher version of yourself, and your bond with your honourspren has strengthened to its maximum. Your natural healing is doubled. The duration of your spren abilities is increased from 2 minutes to 3 minutes. The damage of your radiant weapon is increased to 6D4, and it's critical range increases by 1. The AC of your radiant armour is increased to 22, and it grants resistance to non-magical attacks. The crystalline wall you can create can be two 10-foot square that are one-inch thick.

You can use your spren in the following additional ways:

  • As a bonus action, you can teleport to your spren's location, as long as it is within 30 feet.
