Base Class: Bard
The bane of any Bard's existence is the heckler. While they spend their lives traveling from place to place entertaining, there is always one person in each crowed that's louder, meaner, and more drunk bent on ruining the performance for the bard. Some bards, however, have learned to embrace this negative energy themselves, and turn it against others to devastating effect.
Gentle Ribbing
At 3rd level, as a bonus action, expend one use bardic inspiration die, then add it to your AC for the remainder of your turn.
Vicious Heckling
At 3rd level, you may add your charisma bonus to the Vicious Mockery cantrip's damage. Vicious Mockery's damage die type is now 1D8 and increases to 2d8 at 5th level, 3d8 at 10th level, and 4d8 at 14th level.
In addition to the increase in damage, you may now cast Vicious Mockery as a bonus action.
Schadenfreude
At 3rd level, whenever a creature rolls a natural 1 within 60 ft of you, regain one use of your bardic inspiration, you cannot exceed your maximum number of inspiration die in this way.
Condescending Laughter
At 6th level, when a creature makes an attack and misses against you, all attack rolls targeted at you by the same creature receive a deduction based on your charisma modifier.
Knock 'em dead
At 14th level, when a creature fails it's saving through against your Vicious Mockery, it also falls under the effects of Tasha's Hideous Laughter.
If you reduce a creature’s hit points to 0 with Vicious Mockery, you gain temporary hit points equal to the damage dealt.
