Base Class: Monk
The Way of the Empty Mind is a very rare and highly advanced mental state. It is notorious among the gods for being exceptionally difficult to master, even for them.
With each part of the body able to think and act on its own, the user of this technique is able to automatically react to any situation or threat with the perfect move with perfect timing. They don’t even the need to acknowledge the threat; meaning the user can still fight effectively, even if they are focusing on something else.
Empowered Divine Training
3rd-level Way of the Empty Mind feature
Your mastery of your ki allows you to draw upon the Divine empowering every strike you make, your attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20.
As you begin to master to clear their mind completely and abandon any distraction or thought that would disrupt the focus of their body so that it concentrates only on the current struggle through natural reaction when ever you roll a 1 you may spend 1 ki point to roll again the die and keep the new result.
Simultaneous Counter
6th-level Way of the Empty Mind feature
In combat your body naturally reacts to your opponents actions, as a reaction you can spend 2 ki points to strike any opponent that hits you with a melee attack. You use the half attack dice and modifier (rounded down) of the attacking creature against him before the damage is dealt to you. If this Incapacitates or kills your opponent you receive no damage otherwise you receive as normal and have disadvantage in your next attack roll.
At higher levels:
10th level you use the same amount of dice and modifier
20th level while awakened you double the amount of dice and modifier.
Perfected Deflection
11th-level Way of the Empty Mind feature
When any projectile or spell attack targets you, spend 4 ki points to use your reaction to deflect or catch the missile or spell. When you do so, the damage you take from the attack is reduced by 4d10 + your Dexterity modifier + your monk level.
If you reduce the damage to 0, you can use the Dash Action as a reaction to strike against the creature that threw or cast the spell.
Migatte no Gokui
17th-level Way of the Empty Mind feature
You break your "self-limitation shell" in an extreme way in order to explore your most intimate hidden potential your mastery over your body and mind is complete, allowing you to unleash your full potential and let your instinct take over. As an action, reaction, bonus action or before rolling initiative (you automatically go first) , you can spend 5 ki points enter this state for 5 minutes. This awakening ends early if you are incapacitated or die. Once the transformation is over you gain one level of exhaustion. You may only use this awakening 3 times per long rest.
While awakened, you gain the effects of foresight and following benefits.
Incredible Reaction. You gain a +4 bonus to Armor Class.
Relentless Spirit. If you drop to 0 hit points while you’re awakened and don’t die outright, you can make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw. If you succeed, you drop to 1 hit point instead. Each time you use this feature after the first, the DC increases by 5.
Godly Speed and Power. Whenever you use the Extra Attack feature to attack twice, you can instead attack three times. your attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 18–20.
Superior Movement. You gain +10ft to your movement.
