They are part of an agency that offers help and advice on all manners of Arcane subject matter, such as Spells and Cantrips, Artifacts and Enchantments, Alchemy and Potions, Wish emergencies and more. Bonus Cantrips
1st-level Arcane Helpdesk feature
At 1st level, you learn the guidance and vicious mockery cantrips. They count as warlock cantrips for you, but they don’t count against your number of cantrips known.
Hotline
1st-level Arcane Helpdesk feature
Starting at 1st level, as a Bonus Action you may grant a creature within 60 feet of you that you can see the ability to call on your expertise to gain advantage on 1 skill check. No creature may have more than 1 hotline at a time. At the warlock's next long rest all current unused hotlines expire.
You may grant a number of hotlines equal to your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Speed Dial
6th-level Arcane Helpdesk feature
Starting at 6th level, Speed Dial allows you to contact your patron for help by casting Divination spells more quickly. Divination spells with a casting time of longer than 1 action can be cast using 1 action.
Customer Service Voice
6th-level Arcane Helpdesk feature
Starting at 6th level, using your best Customer Service Voice you can talk anyone into anything you need. When you make a Charisma (Persuasion), Charisma (Deception), or Charisma (Intimidation) check, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Open a Ticket
10th-level Arcane Helpdesk feature
As a bonus action, choose one creature you can see within 30 feet of you. The target has a helpdesk ticket for 1 minute. The ticket closes early if the target dies, you die, or you are incapacitated. Until the ticket is closed, you gain the following benefits:
- "Hold Please": As a reaction you can force the target to ready their action until the end of the combat round.
- "Let me transfer you": As a reaction to a successful attack roll against you, you may transfer all effects of that attack to another target of your choosing (other than the original attacker) within 30 of you.
- The target has disadvantage if they attack anyone but the warlock.
You can’t use this feature again until you finish a short or long rest.
Have you tried turning it off and back on?
14th-level Arcane Helpdesk feature
As a Bonus Action one creature you can see within 60 feet may automatically refresh 1 class feature that usually refreshes on a short rest.
You cannot use this feature again until you finish a long rest.

Posted Apr 6, 2021Just going to say, in Open a Ticket, "Hold Please" is devestating for casters, because in order to hold the spell, they need to concentrate on it. I love this so much.
The expanded spell list and added cantrips are also on point. I absolutely love the 14th level feature. Excellent name and it is pretty powerful. (The warlock can also use it on itself to restore its own spell slots)
Hotline is also great to place on another caster for counterspelling and dispel magic.
Speed dial is also extremly useful to cast clairvoyance. Might be a little better to alow that one to work on another caster within 30 ft of the caster. just because a warlock wouldn't want to cast clairvoyance with one of their precious spell slots.

Posted Apr 1, 2021This is fantastic, and coming from a Help Desk background...I kinda want to get one of my current D&D characters killed so I can reroll into Warlock and use this!
