Base Class: Sorcerer
All sorcerers have a deep connection to the Weave in one way or another. Sometimes, origins mix, becoming greater than the sum of their parts, making difficult to tell where the sorcerer's soul ends and the Weave begins. This extraordinarily deep connection to the fabric of the universe grants such individuals instinctive influence over other people and greater influence over the Weave itself.
Changelog: Removed Silvertongue due to it becoming obsolete with the introduction of Tasha's. Added Spellsense to replace it.
Unarmored Defense
Your connection to the Weave connects your will to live to the will of others. While not wearing armor and while you do not have a shield equipped, your AC is equal to 10 + your Dexterity modifier + your Charisma modifier.
Woven Sight
Your eyes and mind have been blessed by your connection to life around you, allowing you to read people and situations with unnatural accuracy. You gain a bonus to all Wisdom (Perception) and Wisdom (Insight) checks equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1).
Spellsense
At level 6, you can sense the resonance of souls affected by your own reverberations through the Weave. Whenever a creature fails a saving throw or is hit by an attack roll from a spell you cast of 1st level or higher, you learn information about their magical potential. Each time this occurs since the last time you took a short or long rest, you learn a new tier of information, as shown below. You can only learn up to a tier equal to your Proficiency Bonus.
Tier 1. For each ability score from among their Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma, you learn if it is higher than, equal to, or lower than your own.
Tier 2. You learn what the highest level of spell they can cast is up to the level you can cast, or if it higher than the level you can cast.
Tier 3. You learn whether the spells are primarily internally cast or externally cast (Bards, Paladins, Sorcerers, and Wizards are internal; Clerics, Druids, Rangers, and Warlocks are external)
Tier 4. You learn each class spell list they have access to, or, if they are completely innate, if their spells are primarily arcane, divine, fiendish, fey, or Aberrant in nature.
Tier 5. You learn one spell per level that it can currently cast up to your highest known level of spell, and its effect, chosen at random.
Tier 6. You learn each spell it can currently cast (known, prepared, and innate) and their effects, up to the highest level of spell you know.
Improved Woven Sight
When you reach level 14, your eyes are further bolstered by the Weave. You are always under the effects of the detect magic spell. Additionally, you can sense the exact location of each living creature within 10 feet of you (not undead), and can perceive invisible creatures within 10 feet of you as ghostly but definite figures, preventing them from benefiting from being invisible with you.
Woven Authority
When you reach level 18, you have fully integrated yourself into the Weave as a whole. Whenever you make a spellcasting ability check as part of a Sorcerer spell, you are proficient in the check, and you add twice your proficiency bonus to the check instead of your normal proficiency bonus.
