Monika Sisterhood

In the high mountains surrounding the kingdom of Lorea, the Sisterhood of Monika gather in their sacred monastery to learn the ways and teachings of Monika-Ar, the Teacher. All members of the Sisterhood wear masks resembling the likeness of Monika-Ar outside the monastery, assuming the identity of Monika. 

It is forbidden to disclose your personal identity to outsiders that haven't earned the trust of the Sisterhood. To learn the teachings of Monika-Ar is to learn the way of teamwork, patience, and great aim. 

Teamwork

For every member of the Sisterhood near you, you receive the following

• +1 to your ranged attack DC
• +1 to your ranged attack damage

Enlighted Aim

You gain the following:

• Proficiency in Ranged weapons
• You can spend 1 ki point to gain advantage in a ranged attack
• Disadvantage in melee attacks

Synergy

For the duration of 1 hour, every time one of your sisters makes an attack in an area of 20 meters, you can make a reaction attack to the same creature.

This ability can be used once per short rest.

Once per long rest, you can spend 2 ki points to make a ranged attack, ignoring the target's AC and dealing an extra 15 damage to your roll.
