Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Combat utilize violence as an art form, taking down their enemies with grace and beauty that brings a sense of awe to enemies and allies alike.
Art of War
You gain proficiency in medium armor, as well as martial weapons and ranged weapons.
Rhythm of Battle
Starting at 3rd level, whenever you kill or incapacitate an enemy on every 4th round of combat, make a performance (Charisma) skill check. You and up to 4 of your allies gain a die that they may add onto their roll. The type of die changes according to how high you roll:
- 1 to 8: d4
- 9 to 14: d6
- 15 to 20: d8
- 21+: d10
Demoralizing Strike
At level 6, you may perform a Coup de Grâce against an enemy once every short rest. If you choose to do this, you may add your charisma modifier onto your attack roll and damage roll, and you deal 2d10 additional psychic damage for the attack. If you slay your enemy with this attack, all enemies within 30 feet of you must make a wisdom save against your spellcasting modifier or become frightened. At level 10, the range of this fear increases to 45 feet.
This is My Stage
At level 14, you may use your bonus action to create a circle with a radius of 50 feet around you. While in this circle, you have advantage on performance skill checks, and enemies in this circle have disadvantage on saves against being frightened. Additionally, when you activate Rhythm of Battle, you may choose to instead use Cut Time, where inspired takedowns occur every two rounds, and you and two other allies gain inspiration instead.
