As well, many come across times of hardship during a adventure. Its the job of a bard of the Collage of Therapy to put the pieces back together, preparing the party for the adventures ahead!
Bonus Proficiencies
When you join the College of Therapy at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with persuasion and insight
Talking it out
At 6th level, you learn the spells sanctuary, sleep and calm emotions. The spells count as bard spells for you but don’t count against the number of bard spells you know
Working through it
Also at 3rd level, you learn how to use your words to keep your allies healthy. you can use a bardic inspiration as a bonus action to roll one of your bardic inspiration dice. giving one ally within 30 feet of you temporary health points equal to the roll plus your bard level
Group Session
Starting at 14th level, you can use an action to take all your party's health and put it into one pool of health for one minute. You all share this health pool, if it drops to 0 all the characters go unconscious. Any spell that would kill a party member, Ex Power word kill, it will kill every party member who is effected by this ability. You regain this feature after a long rest.
After the minute is up, the health is divided equally amongst those whose health was used to form it. Any extra health can be given to any who the bard decides

Posted Dec 24, 2021Group Session Is a pretty neat concept. It needs some clarifications however. When using this action does it also take any temporary hit points on any of the party members into the pool? Is the pool total after use the total health and if it is why would there be any extra health to be given? While the pool is in existence and a healing spell is cast or a spell that grants temporary hit points cast on a single target does that affect the pool, similarly what happens to multiple target heals? Or to better put while the Group Session affect is active is everyone who is a target of one of those types of spell considered to be a single entity? Keep in mind healing can't restore temporary hit points, and they can't be added together, so I would take it that the person with the highest temporary hit points when Group Session is used would be the temporary hit points added to the pool.
A reminder to capitalize spells in descriptions also to make sure Talking it Out and Working Through It are switched in the order they appear since the first is level 6 and the second is level 3.
