Base Class: Barbarian
The Path of the Storm is a path for those who find an inner peace within the maelstrom of rage. As you enter a rage you mind begins to loosen, opening up to greater possibilities.
Eye of the Storm
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you gain the ability to use Storm points to cast spells from a specified list based on your class level.
These storm points allow you to temporarily pause your rage, losing the benifits of raging but gaining the ability to cast spells. The spells available for you to cast during this period is determined by the amount of Storm points used to enter this calm state. You can also spend 1 Storm point to enter a calm to prolongue your rage without the ability to cast any spells.
You have a number of Storm points equal to your class level + proficiency bonus
