Base Class: Barbarian
In every being, there exists a well of magic untouched by even the gods. The monks have given it the name "ki", spiritual energy. The monks have tapped into this potent magic through meditation and eliminating any negative thoughts, achieving a pure tranquility. However, just like yin and yang, there is always a second side. Barbarians, known for their intense anger, go through something similar. To "rage", is not to just get mad, it is to harness a primal instinct inside one's self and to draw out the animal within, almost a reverse of how monks work. Though they sound completely different, they both have the same function, and those who follow the path of flowing emotion prove this.
Ki Points
at 3rd level, you have access to a ki pool with a maximum number up to your current proficiency bonus. You regain any expended points when you finish a short or long rest.
Crashing Waves
at 3rd level, when you enter a rage, your blood boils causing your natural body heat to intensify and become a weapon in which you mold the raw magic inside of. You may choose any damage type and create an aura that extends out to a 10 ft sphere from you. You may change the damage type as a bonus action. This aura works the same as detect magic. Any creatures caught in the aura when you begin your rage take damage equal to your rage damage of the damage type selected, any creature to end their turn while in the aura also takes the same damage. As an action, you may expend 1 ki point to select a number of creatures equal to your constitution modifier (minimum 1), must make a constitution saving throw with th DC being 8+your constitution modifier+proficiency. On a failed save, the creature(s) take damage equal to your main hand attack and half as much on a successful save. This effect does not end your rage early. All damage done through this feature is considered magical.
Wild Rivers
at 6th level, when you make the attack option, you may expend a ki point in order to attack with such a force, that you launch a solid gust of air with your raw magic caught in the flight. Make a ranged attack using your strength with a range of 60/120 feet. You also choose a damage type for the attack. You do not need to be raging to activate this feature but if you do,may add your rage damage and your rage does not end early.
Roaring Waterfall
at 10th level, your body has grown to adapt with your aura, even when you don't have it on. You become resistant to the damage type of your aura, if you already are, you become immune. In addition, your weapon attacks match your aura. You can expend 1 ki point to target a willing creature and give them one of these effects for a minute as a bonus action. The effect does not change if you change your aura after. A creature cannot be targeted by this effect more than once and you can only have one creature under this effect for its duration.
Raging Ocean
at 14th level, your aura extends to 30 feet and the range of your Wild Rivers ability is 120/240. In addition, your aura now function unobstructed and all damage done using your archetypal features ignore resistances and immunities.

Posted Dec 4, 2018I should clarify, when it says "works the same as detect magic" I meant that it cannot go through lead and stuff like that. That's my bad.
