Curse Crafter Features

WIZARD LEVEL FEATURE
2nd Curse Caster, Eldritch Savant
6th Spreading Curse
10th Cursed Invocations
14th Curse Master

Curse Caster

Beginning at 2nd level, as an action, you can attempt to curse a target you can see within 30 feet of you and inflict either the blinded, deafened, or poisoned condition onto them for 1 minute. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw against your wizard spell save DC. On a failure, the target is inflicted with one of the above conditions of your choice. The target can attempt the Wisdom saving throw again at the end of their subsequent turns to end the condition early. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses of this feature at the end of your next long rest.

When you reach 6th level in this subclass, your curse becomes stronger. Whenever you successfully inflict a curse on a target, you can choose from one of the above conditions, or you can inflict the stunned condition or give the target one level of exhaustion.

Eldritch Savant

Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, you gain access to the Warlock Spells List, and can learn spells from that list of spells whenever you would learn a spell from the Wizards Spells List, and you can copy warlock spells into your spellbook from spell scrolls and other written sources.

Spreading Curse

Starting at 6th level, you can use your arcane proficiency to further spread your curse. When a target under the effects of your Curse Caster subclass feature drops to 0 hit points or dies, you can use your reaction to shift that curse to another target you can see within range of that feature. That target must also succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your wizard spell save DC or be inflicted with the same condition as the previous recipient of your curse. When you use this reaction to curse an opponent, it does not consume one of your limited uses of your Curse Caster feature.

Cursed Invocations

Beginning at 10th level, you learn to channel eldritch power more directly. You learn the Eldritch Blast cantrip if you do not already know it, and when you deal damage with that cantrip, you can deal additional damage with it equal to your intelligence modifier. You also gain access to the Mage Armor spell, and can cast it at will without material components. Intelligence is your spellcasting modifier for these spells.

Curse Master

Starting at 14th level, you can target two creatures simultaneously with your Curse Caster feature so long as both targets are in range, and doing so only expends one use of your Curse Caster feature. Additionally, once per long rest, you can use your reaction to cause one of the targets of your Curse Caster feature to automatically fail their Wisdom saving throw and be cursed by you.
