Way of the Dying World

Monks who study the Way of the Dying World believe their ki has an otherworldly wavelength.The monks on this path study and train to use their ki as a third eye, ever present & always watching. Learning to boost their mind and spacial awareness.

Semblance of Ki

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can launch your ki into the area around you to hone into your surroundings while still maintaining combat. Whenever you hit a creature with either an unarmed strike or monk weapon you gain Ambient Violence as a bonus action to use your surroundings to your advantage, allowing you to impose one of the following effects on that target for a turn (assuming they fail a saving throw):

Blinded (throw sand, blow dust, explode feather pillow, etc) (CON saving throw)
Stunned (hit with big rock, ring big bell, pull into road sign, etc.) (CON saving throw)
Prone (push over small wall, trip with loose sidewalk, cause large rubble to fall, etc.) (DEX saving throw)

Sheilded Senses

Starting at 6th level the monk on this path has focused their ki to shield their natural senses from interference. Which, in turn grants them immunity to Blinded and Deafened.

Ever Present

Starting at 11th level you can choose to spend 7 ki points Before resting to enter a meditative state, which after 10 minuets allows you to use this action so you may rest and keep watch over the party as a spiritual projection able to wander within a 50ft. area around your physical body. However, these ki points do not regenerate until after a long rest has been completed, and if your physical body is assaulted before it awakens you have disadvantage on attacks and saving throws for the first 2 rounds of combat.

Transcendence

Once a monk on this path has reached this milestone at 17th level they are full attuned to the otherworldly energy residing in their ki. At the expense of 10 ki points this allows them to completely control and open their third eye for a short time. This ability grants Truesight for 8 mins once every long rest.
