In the College of Capital, you have delved in the mystic ways of Reaganomics, battled with fierce unions and learned to capitalise The Weave according to the ancient laws of Supply and Demand.
College of Capital bards use their skills in economics to create a monopoly on the battlefield through math, wit and ruthlessness.
Proficient Haggler
Your college has unlocked the mystic ways of bargaining. You have a very good idea of the exact prices of goods and know various techniques to convince people of a considerably lower value.
You gain proficiency with Calligrapher's Supplies. You gain a language proficiency in Dwarvish.
Starting at 3rd level, whenever you buy an item, you get a 15% discount. This bonus increases to 20% at 6th level, 25% at 11th level, 30% at 15th level and 55% at 18th level.
Trickle-Down Inspiration
At 3rd level, you learn to Spread your Bardic Inspiration
Whenever you give a creature bardic inspiration, you can choose to give it, and two additional creatures, a smaller, d4 bardic inspiration.
This bardic inspiration increases to a d6 at 10th level and a d8 at 15th level.
College of Capital Spell List
At 3rd level, you gain secret knowledge from the College of Capital, dubbed "Economancy". You gain additional spells to prepare from the College of Capital spell list.
Phenomenal Investments
At 6th level, you learn to barter with the Weave itself.
Once per short rest, you can cast a spell for a spell slot one level lower.
Starting at 11th level, you can cast a spell for a slot one or two levels lower.
Rainmaker
Starting at 14th level, at start of each day, you gain temporary hit points equal to five times your bardic inspiration die. However, whenever you lose temporary hit points, you lose 3d8 gold pieces.
At the end of a short rest, you can use a Bardic Inspiration die to refill these temporary hitpoints.
