Base Class: Paladin
Paladins of the grim hunt are individuals who dedicate themselves to destroying the greatest monsters and abominations who stalk the land. They are great hunters who fight their quarry as quals with tough hide and powerful weapons.
Tenants of the Grim Hunt:
Kill the monster. Destroy that which would rule the land with tooth and claw and spell.
Burn the witch. End the mortals who betray their kind for the power of their horrid masters.
Sacrifice Self. The lives of the innocent are greater than yours. They are your charge and your cattle. See to it that they find peace and security in their spirits, that their needs are tended to and that none shall go wanting. In the end, you may have to die to preserve them.
Rip and Tear. Power and rage go hand in hand, and these are fed by the complete and absolute destruction of your enemies. Rend their bodies, burn their souls and destroy their minds. No enemy of the light must remain as anything other than a pile of viscera.

Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Slayer's Smite: You can use your channel divinity to deliver an earth-shattering blow. Whenever you hit a creature with a melee attack you may use channel divinity to use your divine smite feature without expending a spell slot. The level of smite equals your highest level spell slot plus one, 5d8 is the maximum limit of dice rolled for damage.
Wind-backed Chase: You can use your channel divinity to grant you the speed of the win in order to chase your target. Choose any number of creatures within 30 feet of you. For the next minute, you and your chosen creatures have their speed increased by 10 feet.
Bulkwark of Steel
Starting at 7th level, Allies (creatures of your choosing, other than yourself) within 5ft of you gain the benefit of half cover.
At 18th level, this increases to full cover.
Steel Hide
Starting at 15th level, if you are dealt damage by an attack or spell made by a hostile creature, you may use your reaction to reduce the damage by an amount equal to your paladin level.
Chosen Slayer
At 20th level, you can spend an action to become your own kind of monster. You gain the following benefits for one minute.
- You and all your equipment become large, and you treat your total strength score as being 26
- You can't be paralyzed, stunned, or charmed.
- You can grapple creatures that are two size categories larger than you.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
