Base Class: Fighter
Bane of Monsters
- When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn how to properly use longer weapon in order to keep massive monsters at bay. If you are wielding a glaive. halberd, quarterstaff, spear, or pike, your reach for those weapons increase by 5 feet. I f you are wielding a whip, your reach for your whip is increased by 10 feet.
Beast Master's Lash
- Starting at 3rd level, while you are wielding a whip in one hand, you ignore the two handed property of glaives, halberds, and pikes. In addition, if you are wielding both a whip and one of the weapons listed in this feature, you can make a weapon attack with a whip as a bonus action.
- If you hit a creature with a whip attack, you can force that creature to make a Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the start of your next turn. You can force a creature to make this saving throw 3 times, and you regain all uses of this feature when you finish a short or long rest.
- You gain an additional use of this feature at 7th level, 10th level, and at 15th level. The save DC for this feature is 8 + your proficiency bonus+ your Strength modifier.
Beast Slayer
- You learn how to more effectively hunt monsters and learn both their weaknesses and strengths. Starting at 7th level, you learn the Hunter's Mark spell and can cast it once without the use of a spell slot once, and regain the ability to do so when you finish a short or long rest. In addition, whenever you damage a creature with Hunter's Mark you learn their following attributes: Damage Vulnerabilities, Damage Resistances, Damage Immunities, and Condition Immunities.
Steel Gaze
- You have mastered your own self in the presence of even the most terrifying of monsters. Starting at 10th level, you are immune to the frightened condition.
- In addition, whenever a creature within 30 feet of you succeeds or fails on a Wisdom saving throw, you can have that creature make roll again with disadvantage if they succeeded or advantage if they failed. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of +1) and you regain all uses of this feature whenever you finish a short or long rest. You cannot use this feature on a creature who succeeds of their saving throw using Legendary Resistance.
Survival Instincts
- Starting at 15th level, when you roll initiative and have no uses of Best Master's Lash remaining, you regain one use of it.
Apex Predator
- You have mastered the art of the hunt and are now the superior of all monsters abroad. Starting at 18th level, creatures now provoke opportunity attacks from your whip when they enter your reach, In addition, whenever you use Beast Master's Lash, you can cause the creature to have disadvantage on their Constitution saving throw to resist being stunned.
- Also whenever a creature is hit by an attack from your whip, you can force that creature to make a Wisdom Saving throw or be frightened.
