Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

You are an arcane anomaly

Innate Arcana

At 1st level, your body and soul is innately connected to the flow of magic. You do not require an Arcane Focus when casting sorcerer spells, except for spells in which the material component is consumed or has an associated gold cost. Additionally, you are still required to perform vocal or somatic components when casting sorcerer spells and must have a free hand to do so.

Dyadic Fixation

Starting at first level, your innate connection to magic allows you to push yourself further than most. You can expend 2 sorcery points while concentrating on a spell, to concentrate on a second spell. For the duration, Concentration checks are made at disadvantage and if you fail a check by 5 or more you take 1 level of Exhaustion.

Extra Attack

Starting at 6th level, your innate connection to the arcane has allowed you to push yourself further. You can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. Moreover, you can cast one of your cantrips in place of one of those attacks.

Greater Quickened Spell

At 14th level, you gain the ability to cast more powerful spells at greater frequency. When you cast a sorcerer spell of first level or higher as an action, you can cast another spell as a bonus action, however you expend a number of sorcery points equal to the spell's level as well as the spell slot. You cannot cast your second spell at a higher level than the first. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus per long rest.

Maximize Magic

Beginning at 18th level, you can maximize the total damage of your spells to inflict the greatest harm upon your enemies. When you cast a spell of 3rd-level or higher you can expend 2 sorcery points per spell level to cast the spell at its maximum damage, however you expend the next highest spell slot. You cannot maximize a spell past a level you do not know how to cast. You can maximize a spell a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier per long rest.
