Base Class: Wizard
Every day when you finish a long rest you can edit your deck of 25 cards as part of that long rest. Your deck can contain duplicate cards but no more than 3 of the same card can be in your deck.
When you wish to cast a spell out of combat or when you roll initiative you can draw 5 cards. At the start of each of you turns you draw one card and can only cast spells of the cards in you hand. When you cast a spell from a card, the card is discarded from your hand (cards with durations of more than 1action will still be discarded at the end of the turn even if their effects remain).
Your hand can not have more than 7 cards in it at the end or your turn, if you have more than 7 cards you must discard cards until you have only 7 cards.
You can add your discarded cards and the cards in your hand back into your deck over the course of 10 minutes, after which you must reshuffle your deck before you draw your hand again.
Card Throw
As an action you can throw a card in your hand at a target. Using you spell attack modifier to hit a card does 1d8 force damage on hit. when you use this action at higher levels you can throw multiple cards and draw a number of cards equal to 1 less than you threw. You can throw 2 cards at 5th level, 3 cards at 11th level, and 4 cards at 17th level.
Something up my sleeve
You can choose which card you want to draw from you deck at the start of your turn a number of times equal to your PB
Split Focus
The act of turning your spells into cards and allowing fate to control your options, reduces the strain of spell casting on the users mind. You can maintain concentration on up to 3 spells you have cast from cards and can not lose concentration on them as a result of taking damage.
Card capture
When a non-humanoid creature reaches 0 HP within 30 feet of you, you can use you reaction to try to capture its spirt in a card. To capture it, roll a d20 and add you intelligence modifier, you must beat a DC of the creature's intelligence SCORE (min 10) + the creature's CR. You can add this card to your deck like a spell card and can summon it with a 4th level spell slot. You can have a number of cards with creatures in them up to your PB.
Stack the Deck
The number of card spells you can concentrate on increase to 5
