Base Class: Bard
The bard of the Crown depends upon her title and her natural charisma to achieve her goals. She has learned how to inspire those around her and encourage them on and off the battlefield. Rather than an instrument, the Princess relies on her words and physical grace to inspire her allies.
Highborn Education
When you choose this college at 3rd level, you learn an additional language of your choice, and you gain proficiency in the History and Performance skills.
Dance of the Commander
Beginning at 3rd level, you have learned all the graces of the Court. As a bonus action on your turn, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to direct one of your companions to strike. When you do so, choose a friendly creature who can see or hear you. That creature can immediately use its reaction to move up to half its speed and take one action. That action can be used only to take the Attack (one weapon attack only) or Disengage action. If the target uses the Attack action, it can add your Bardic Inspiration die to the attack's damage roll.
Echo of the Court
Beginning at 6th level, you have a pool of energy represented by a number of d6s equal to your bard level.
As a bonus action, you can choose one creature you can see within 120 feet of you and spend a number of those dice equal to half your bard level or less. Roll the spent dice and add them together. The target regains a number of hit points equal to the total. The target also gains 1 temporary hit point per die spent.
You regain all expended dice when you finish a long rest.
Protector of the Realm
Beginning at 14th level, you have a commanding presence on the battlefield. As a reaction, you may expend one use of Bardic Inspiration to impose disadvantage on an attack you can see. You must do this before you learn whether the attack succeeds or fails.
Additionally, when you use the Dance of the Commander feature on your turn, the target can use that action to take the Attack, Cast a Spell, Dash, Disengage, Dodge, or Use an Object action.
