Nordic Skäld

The Nordic Skäld, a Bard would accompany Nordic Raids in order to inspire their allies, and record the events of the raid .  The Nordic Skäld is tasked entertaining raiding parties on their ships and record the great feats of the raiders. The Nordic Skäld is an important part of a culture's history, and this history may be passed down through song, story, or written means.

Warrior Bard

A Nordic Skäld must record all history and feats for those they serve, even if it means entering the battlefield.  Upon reaching 3rd level, you gain proficiency with medium armor, shields, and martial weapons

Battle Rousing

Also at 3rd level, as an Action, you have learned to fill yourself and any of your allies within 30 feet of yourself who must share a common language and must be able to hear you, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one) with adrenaline & vigor.  Once in the next minute, they gain a die equal to your Bardic Inspiration die, they may use this die on any attack roll, and if that attack roll hits, use the die again to add to any damage.  This feature does not count against your total number of Bardic Inspiration die that can be used.  Once you use this feature, you must finish a Long Rest before you can use it again.

The number of you can use this ability before you must finish a Long Rest increases when you reach certain levels in this class, increasing to 2 at 5th level, 3 at 10th level, and 4 at 15th level.

 

Extra Attack

Upon reaching 6th level, when taking the Attack Action, you may attack twice instead of once.

Battle Magic

At 14th level, when you use your action to a cast a bard spell, you can make one weapon attack as a bonus action.
