By 13th level, you can enter the aether as an action you are in the aether until you use an action to exit it only mental and code abilitys can reach you though the aether has its own threats when you come back you can teleport 30ft 

hacked Reflexes

When you reach 17th level, you have hacked your body to gain incredible reflexes . You can take two turns during the first round of any combat. You take your first turn at your normal initiative and your second turn at your initiative minus 10. You can’t use this feature when you are surprised.
