Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Prerequisite: Race must be Vampire/Dhampir (or other parasitic organisms)

A rogue who uses blood magic, to increase damage and heal themselves in the heat of battle.  The blood shroud is a mixture of arcane expertise and assassination. 

Bonus Proficiencies

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with Intelligence Arcana and the Alchemist's Supplies

Sanguine Curse

Starting at 3rd level, you take upon an advanced blood curse onto yourself.

  • as a bonus action, You can roll a number of rogue hit die up to 1/2 your rogue level and add it to the damage done to a sneak attack 
  • As a bonus action, you can roll a number of rogue hit die up to 1/2 your rogue level and add temporary hit points equal to the number rolled. Temporary hit points are lost at the end of your next turn
    • As an action, you can use a bite attack. On a successful hit, you regain 1d4 + 1/4 your rogue level hit die and the creature must make a Constitution saving throw or be frightened of you for 1 round. (You may use this ability once per long rest) 

Crimson Blades

At 9th level, you gain the ability to throw your own blood as projectiles. You gain a ranged weapon attack which expends 1 hit die. The damage for this projectile is 2d6 plus your Dexterity modifier piercing damage. The damage is increased to 3d8 at the 15th level.

Bloody Cloak

Your Blood Curse enhances your ability to blend with the Shadows and in public

Starting at 13th level you can expend 4 rogue hit die to cast Alter Self Or Greater Invisibility. Your spellcasting modifier for these spells is charisma.

Bloody Parade

Whenever you kill or down a creature with one of your Blood Shroud features, regain half of the expended hit die (rounded up)
