Base Class: Bard
Subtlety may not be your strong suit, but you learned long ago that life was short and mumbling was a waste of time. It was from this realization that you truly empowered yourself as a bard. Loud, proud, and well entrusted by your allies, you seek to brighten and support all whom need your capable aid.
Proclamations of Will
3rd-level College of Exclamation feature
You gain the ability to use Shouts as reactions. Shouts are a series of ways to assist you and your allies depending on the situation. Below are types of Shouts you can utilize.
- Shout of Defense. When an enemy within 30 feet of you has advantage on an attack roll, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage, turning the attack into a regular one.
- Shout of Blood. When an ally within 30 feet of you scores a critical hit on an attack, you can use your reaction to add an amount of damage equal to your Charisma modifier.
- Shout of Restoration. When an ally within 30 feet of you fails a saving throw against the effects of an ability or spell that would inflict a condition, you can use your reaction to add your Charisma modifier to the failed roll.
- Shout of Survival. When an ally within 30 feet of you fails a death saving throw, you can use your reaction to add your Charisma modifier to the roll.
You can use these Shouts an amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
Mending Inspiration
3rd-level College of Exclamation feature
Your Bardic Inspiration now heals creatures you when inspire them. When granting a creature inspiration, the creature regains hit points equal to a roll of your Bardic Inspiration die + your Charisma modifier. This does not expend the inspiration die for the creature.
Superior Countercharm
6th-level College of Exclamation feature
The effects of Countercharm now last 1 Minute. In addition, when you're attacked within melee range during the effects of Countercharm, you can expend a use of Bardic Inspiration to inflict disadvantage on the roll.
Shout of Resistance
14th-level College of Exclamation feature
You gain the Shout of Resistance option to your Shouts. Unlike other Shouts, Shout of Resistance is used as an action.
Shout of Resistance. As an action, you can imbue a maximum number of allies equal to your Charisma modifier with resistance to either fire, cold, lightning, thunder, poison, necrotic, or psychic damage. In addition, affected creatures gain a +1 bonus to their AC, and advantage on Constitution saving throws.
Shout of Resistance can only be used once per long rest, but does not count against the total number of Shouts you can use per day. The benefits of Shout of Resistance last a maximum of 1 Minute, until you go unconscious, until you suffer the deafened condition or are unable to speak, or until a target suffers the deafened condition.
