Bard
Base Class: Bard

Bards of the College of all that Glitters seek the spotlight, and all that come with it. They see their body itself as art, and a piece of art that needs to be seen by the world! However, they are no strangers to the dangers of the world, and are well equipped to defend themselves. A bard of this college can often be seen bathed in the dust of precious metals or gems so they can shine brightly and catch even more attention. They use their glittering form to both inspire allies, and distract foes. When not fighting a bard of this college can be seen performing, dazzling audiences with their bodies, from dancing, to acrobatic feats, to mock fights, or even a hybrid of the aforementioned. Some may see them as Divas, attention hogs, or just plain greedy, but seeing someone dazzled by their performance, friends and foes alike, is what these bards truly live for.

Pole-arm-dancer

Polearms function perfectly for both self defense and as a tool to perform with! You gain proficiency with Halberds, Glaives, Lances, Pikes, and Whips.
These weapons can also act as a spellcasting focus for your bard spells.

You also gain proficiency in Acrobatics and Performance, if you did not have already.

Additionally while wielding a weapon with the reach tag, your proficiency bonus is doubled for any Acrobatics or Performance checks you make, as you incorporate the weapon into your movements.

Glittering Defense

Bards of the college of all that glitters are a vane sort, but sometimes it proves useful. Through carefully guarded secret methods bards of this college are able to partially transmute their own skin into some form of bronzed or golden metal, boasting a tougher defense while also maintaining their complexion. While not wearing any armor, your Armor Class equals 10 + your Constitution modifier + your Charisma modifier.

Glorious Combatant

Even in the heat of battle, or perhaps because it's the heat of battle, bards of the college of all that glitters take the opportunity to shine in the spotlight!

As an action you begin a dazzling performance. While performing, your AC is increased by your proficiency bonus, and your speed is reduced to 5 feet. You may continue the performance for up to a minute, or end it at the start of each turn. Continuing the performance takes your action each turn, and is treated as if you are concentrating on a spell. All enemies that have line of sight on you within 120 feet make a charisma saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save the target becomes mesmerized until you stop performing. A mesmerized target has disadvantage on all attack rolls against targets other than you for the duration, nor can they willingly walk away from you. Additionally attack rolls against the target by an attacker other than you has advantage while mesmerized. At the end of each of the target's turn, they may attempt another saving throw. A target that succeeds the save cannot be affected by the same performance again. On a critical fail, the target becomes charmed to you as well for the duration of the performance. This feature has no effect on enemies that cannot see or have the Blinded condition.
Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you have finished a short or long rest.

Additionally, you have access to the Distracting Strike, Goading Attack, and Rally maneuvers. These maneuvers are fueled by your Bardic Inspiration dice and you share your Spell save DC.

Extra Attack

Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.

Midas Touch

Your vanity reaches new heights as it starts to not only affect you, but those around you!

Starting at 14th level, When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can forgo one of your attacks and touch a creature, forcing it to make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save the creature has the petrified condition for 1 minute as it is turned into gold.
You may also use this feature on yourself, and when you do you may choose to end the effect early at any point.

You may use this feature a number of times equal to your charisma modifier. You regain all uses on a long rest.
