Zoomer Humor

Starting at 1st level, after a successful attack apply a stack of Obnoxious . Enemies with Obnoxious take additional damage from your melee attacks.
Obnoxious can be removed by silencing effects or by taking a bonus action telling you to "Shut Up".

Starting at 6th level, Twice per long rest, If you make a melee attack that surpasses the opponents AC by 2 or more you may taunt them and do additional Psychic damage. They must roll a Charisma saving throw to avoid being humiliated. A Humiliated opponent rolls with disadvantage on all saving throws until your next turn. On a save the opponent halves the damage and is not Humiliated. Creatures with Intelligence below 4 cannot be Humiliated.
