Monk
Base Class: Monk

Brutal Finesse

Monks of the Bloodied Fist can outmaneuver an opponent with unnatural ability to expose an opening when attacking.

Before an attack is rolled you can spend 1 ki point to gain advantage on the attack roll. This can only be done on your turn.

Sabotaging Strike

Monks of the Bloodied Fist are experts in disabling parts of an enemy's body. They exploit weaknesses in their opponent's structure and ki to disrupt them.

When hitting a creature you can spend 1 ki point to do one of the following moves once every short or long rest:

  • Heel Strike You deal the damage of the attack and until the end of the target's next turn, they take 1d4 piercing damage for every 5ft. walked. This move can only be performed on creatures with legs and a walking speed.
  • Disarming Swipe You deal the damage of the attack and disarm the target of one item they are holding. This can be a two-handed weapon, a shield, an item, or anything they are carrying in at least one hand.
  • Chink in the Armor You deal the damage of the attack and reduce the armor class of the target by 1d4 for one round.

Tortured Truth

Monks of the Bloodied Fist are experts in the art of torture and the acquisition of truth. They have the power to intimidate a tavern full of rowdy men, they can extort the truth from the most disciplined of spies and can keep a subject alive just long enough to get what they need.

You can spend 1 ki point to gain advantage on a Charisma (Intimidation) check.

You can spend 1 ki point to force a creature to make a Charisma Saving Throw against your ki save DC. On a fail, they cannot tell a deliberate lie for 1 minute.

Brutalize

Monks of the Bloodied Fist are experts in a swift and painful death to those that oppose them. This can range from a simple neck snap to the removal of a heart.

Once every long rest you can spend 3 ki points during an attack after it hits to force the target to make a Constitution Saving Throw or tear a limb from the target's body. This can be an arm, leg, wing, tail, or head if the DM deems it possible. This deals 10d10 points of piercing damage.

If you have advantage on the attack roll, the target has disadvantage on the saving throw.

Hit Them When They're Down

Monks of the Bloodied Fist know the perfect moment to strike during moments of weakness in their enemy

When attacking with advantage and hitting you deal an additional amount of damage equal to half your monk level rounded up.
