Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

When a barbarian chooses this path they are granted an ancient power of protection. You can mark allies and provide shields, healing, absorption, and vengeance. You as a barbarian following the path of the overseer must keep your party alive and moving forward. This path gives you all the necessary tools.

Mark of the Bulward

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can mark any character you can see within 30ft. Once marked whenever damage is delt to the marked character you can choose to take up to all of the damage instead of the marked character. For the duration of the attackers next turn they are forced, if taking the attack action, to attack you.

When you reach certain levels in this class you can mark more creatures: 2 at 6th level, 3 at 10th level, and 5 at 14th level.

Overseers Vengeance

Beginning at 6th level, you can now store charges. You gain a charge each time you activate Mark of the Bulwark. You can store as many charges equal to your proficiency modifier. With these charges you can now activate Overseers Vengeance as a reaction to any marked creature or yourself taking damage. Overseers Vengeance is a force type magical blast that emits from whoever took damage. It is directed to the attacker who is damaged by however many charges you expel. Each charge does 1D8 of Damage.

Mark of the Aegis

At 10th level, your rage begins to seep into your marked allies, fueling them. This allows you to, once per short rest, invigorate your marked allies with protection. Your protection provides them with a temporary health buff of 1D8+CON modifier, you can expend charges to provide an additional 1D8 of temporary health per charge. This health buff persists for the duration of your rage.

Mark of the Unstoppable

At 14th level, your marked allies feel your unstoppable rage. If they are knocked down to 0 HP you can expend charges to heal them equal to 1D8+(their CON modifier) per charge.
