Base Class: Monk
Certain vehicles require such skill and mastery that using them becomes, itself, a form of meditation. You find yourself closer to harmony with the universe the faster you are traveling. Through intense training you are able to move your whole body in harmony with your board and exist as much as a creature acting on the world as the world itself. Your peace is found in mastery and your mastery is exhibited over a simple plank with wheels on it.
Bonus Proficiencies
When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Performance skill as well as with skateboards (as well as other land vehicles) if you don’t already have it. For one reason or another you have found a state of meditation in the speed of movement, the small corrections and fluid motion of riding a skateboard. You can even do a few tricks in your free time.
The World is Your Skatepark
The first obstacle one must overcome in order to attain mastery is that you and your board are not two separate entities but one creature. While mounted on your skateboard, instead of using the skateboard's speed, use your normal movement speed +10. While mounted on your skateboard, you also gain any movement bonuses that would have only applied to your unmounted speed.
The second obstacle is to recognize that everywhere is an appropriate place to practice your craft. The only limits on the surfaces that offer you traction are created by you and you alone. Your skateboard now works perfectly well on any terrain
Adrenaline Clarity
Starting at 6th level, your movements become filled with style and grace allowing you to do visually impressive, yet somewhat dangerous feats in the middle of combat. They confer no real advantage but the rush clears your head to the point where you can better focus on your opponents movements. You can now spend 3 ki points at any point during your turn to do a quick trick as a bonus action. After succeeding on a DC 15 performance check, you gain advantage on all attacks this turn. The first successful attack made after landing the trick deals an additional 1 force damage for every 5 feet moved this turn. On a failed check, you fall prone.
Form of the Hawk
Starting at 11th level, given enough speed, you don't even need to find a ramp to get some air. After having moved at least 50 feet in a round, you can use your reaction, spending 2 ki points to gain a flying speed of 50 feet for the remainder of the turn.
Additionally, your training has inexplicably given you an unrecognizably average face, giving you proficiency in stealth if you don't already have it.
Speedforce
At 17th level, moving at certain speeds brings you to such a level of absolute harmony with the universe that you could slip in and out as you see fit. After traveling at least 88 feet in a turn, you can use your action, spending 6 ki points to cast either the Etherealness or Teleport spells without any material components. Doing this will break your board.
