Monk
Base Class: Monk

You follow a monastic tradition that teaches you to become one with nature. You augment your martial prowess with druidic spellcasting, and can use your ki to alter spells.

Spellcasting

When you reach 3rd level, you gain the ability to cast spells. See Spells Rules for the general rules of spellcasting and the Spells Listing for the druid spell list.

Cantrips

You learn two cantrips of your choice from the druid spell list. You learn another druid cantrip of your choice at 10th level.

Spell Slots

The Way of Harmony Spellcasting table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your spells of 1st level and higher. To cast one of these spells, you must expend a slot of the spell’s level or higher. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a long rest.

For example, if you know the 1st-level spell thunderwave and have a 1st-level and a 2nd-level spell slot available, you can cast thunderwave using either slot.

Spells Known of 1st-Level and Higher

You know three 1st-level druid spells of your choice.

The Spells Known column of the Way of Harmony Spellcasting table shows when you learn more druid spells of 1st level or higher. Each of these spells a druid spell of your choice, and must be of a level for which you have spell slots. For instance, when you reach 7th level in this class, you can learn one new spell of 1st or 2nd level.

Whenever you gain a level in this class, you can replace one of the druid spells you know with another spell of your choice from the druid spell list. The new spell must be of a level for which you have spell slots.

Spellcasting ability

Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for your druid spells, since your magic draws on your attunement to nature. You use your Wisdom whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability or making a spell attack roll with a druid spell you cast. Your ki save DC is your druid spell save DC.

Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier

Ki-Quickened Spellcasting

At 3rd level, your mastery over ki enables you to cast spells at incredible speed. When you cast a druid spell that has a casting time of 1 action, you can spend 2 ki points to change the casting time to 1 bonus action for this casting.

Magical Flurry

At 6th level, you can spend 1 ki point to use Flurry of Blows as a bonus action when you cast a druid spell as an action.

Ki-Reinforced Spellcasting

At 11th level, when you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, that creature has disadvantage on the next saving throw it makes against a spell you cast before the end of your next turn.

Elemental Strikes

At 17th level, your unarmed strikes take on the power of the elements. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 3 ki points to deal an additional 8d6 acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder damage (your choice). You can use this feature only once per turn.
