Base Class: Bard
The College of Wine and Song is a boisterous tradition of carousing, founded when a number of bards and brewer-monks began focusing on documenting the magical properties of alcohol, mushrooms, and other mind altering intoxicants. The College has gathered an impressive amount of lore surrounding brewing, distilling, identifying wild mushrooms, and treating toxic side effects. The College has also produced a number of drinking songs and other artistic works, and their students learn to manipulate the Weave with rousing song even more potent than the spirits they brew.
Brewer's Secrets
At 3rd level when you join the College, you gain proficiency with Brewer's Supplies (or expertise if you are already proficient). You also gain resistance to poison damage from learning to carefully handle and ingest toxins.
Winesong
At 3rd level when you perform your Song of Rest, you can choose to share a round of wine (or some other nightcap, calming tea, or relaxing herb) with anyone who can hear the Song of Rest. If you do so, they may add your bardic inspiration die to their Song of Rest healing if they spend hit dice to heal at the end of a short rest. This feature doesn't expend any use of bardic inspiration.
Rousing Repertoire
You know just the right song or substance for any occasion. At 6th level, you learn the spells mass healing word, beacon of hope, and goodberry (which you can summon as wine by using an empty wineskin as a material component). These spells count as bard spells for you but do not count against the number of bard spells you know.
Intoxicating Music
At 14th level you can use your action to play an instrument and choose a creature that can hear you. This creature must make a Charisma saving throw against your Bard Spell Save DC. If it fails the save, it is intoxicated by your music, its movement is halved, and it is incapacitated until the end of your next turn. The next turn, you can use your action to continue playing your song. You can choose an already intoxicated creature or you can choose a new one. If you choose an already intoxicated creature, they have disadvantage on the saving throw. At 18th level you can target two creatures each time you use your action to play the intoxicating song. Once you finish playing this song, you can't use the ability again until you finish a long rest.
