College of Anarchy

Bards in the College of Anarchy desire freedom above all else. They find authority untrustworthy and confining, seeking to free everyone through song, speech, and art. These bards are masters of manipulating emotions and empowering the masses to rise up and fight.

Mass Inspiration

Starting at 3rd level, you can use your art to inspire a greater amount of people. When you give a creature Bardic Inspiration as a bonus action, you can give Bardic Inspiration to an additional number of people equal to your CHA mod, minimum of 1.

Riotous Speech

At 3rd level, you can inspire your allies to fight more viscously than ever before. Once per long rest, you can create an aura with a 15 foot radius for 1 minute. While in the aura, creatures of your choice can add your CHA modifier (minimum of 1) to their damage rolls.

Rebellious Streak

At 6th level, your allies inspire you as much as you inspire them. If a creature uses Bardic Inspiration to aid in an attack roll and succeeds, you can then use your reaction to make an attack or cast a spell. You can use this feature a number times per long rest equal to your CHA modifier.

Anarchical Revolution

At 14th level, you can light the spark of revolution in your enemies. Once per long rest, you can select a number of creatures up to 2 x your CHA modifier (minimum of 1). Those creatures must then make a WIS save equal to your spell save. On a fail, all creatures affected must use their action to attack the creature closest to them that isn’t you for 10 minutes. At the end of each of their turns, they can make the saving throw again.
