You've honed your mediocre skills and lacking budget to gain a knowledge of music and all that comes beside it, Community college gave you decent ways to shape your abilities and a crushing debt!
Bonus Proficiencies
When you join Community College at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with two skills of your choice and learn one language of your choice.
Boring Lecture
Also at 3rd level, you learn how to use your knowledge of boring lectures to put your enemies to sleep. You can use your action to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration, rolling a Bardic Inspiration die, a target creature within 60ft must make a Constitution Saving Throw with a DC of your level+Your Proficiency Bonus+Your Charisma Modifier, you subtract your Bardic Inspiration die number rolled from the creature’s roll, on a success, nothing happens to the target, and on a fail, they fall asleep.
Crushing Debt
At 6th level, you can use your action to call out to a debt collector, this debt collector is a standard Commoner, you can command them as a bonus action, and after three of your turns, they will charge you 5 Gold Pieces, if you pay, they leave, and if you don't, they become your enemy.
Mediocre Skill
Starting at 14th level, your extremely mediocre skill lets you have advantage on any one roll once per long rest.
