Base Class: Fighter
Brosephs are team players. They're all about the team. They know if their friends aren't at their best, Then the Broseph's not being a Bro. A Broseph knows they're awesome, so they make sure their allies can be awesome too. Their intention isn't to take center stage, but to make it shine for those that do.
Broficiency
When you take this subclass at 3rd level you gain a pool of points called your Broficiency. Your Broficiency equals half your level rounded down + your Charisma modifier and these points power the features gained by this subclass. You regain expended Broficiency on a long rest.
Brotein Shake
Starting at 3rd level, you can help others be their better selves. As a bonus action you can spend a Broficiency point to give yourself or a single ally within 30ft advantage on Ability and skills checks made with a single ability for 1 minute. You choose which Ability when using this feature. You could instead give the target advantage on the next save they make, provided it happens within 1 minute of using this feature.
Archery
You gain a +2 bonus to attack rolls you make with ranged weapons.
Defense
While you are wearing armor, you gain a +1 bonus to AC.
Dueling
When you are wielding a melee weapon in one hand and no other weapons, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls with that weapon.
Great Weapon Fighting
When you roll a 1 or 2 on a damage die for an attack you make with a melee weapon that you are wielding with two hands, you can reroll the die and must use the new roll, even if the new roll is a 1 or a 2. The weapon must have the two-handed or versatile property for you to gain this benefit.
Protection
When a creature you can see attacks a target other than you that is within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on the attack roll. You must be wielding a shield.
Two-Weapon Fighting
When you engage in two-weapon fighting, you can add your ability modifier to the damage of the second attack.
Bronus Action
Beginning at 7th level you can share your awesomeness with friends. As an action you can expend Broficiency points to share your attacks. DEsignate an ally within 30ft to give them an immediate attack. You can share all the attacks you would make in an attack action, but you cannot give more than one attacks to a single creature.
Health Brotion
Atarting at 10th level you can keep your allies alive. As a bonus action you can expend a Broficiency point to heal an adjacent ally hp equal to 1d6+ your Charisma modifier. Alternatively as an action you can expend two Broficiency points to heal an ally you can see within 30ft hp equal to 1d6 + your charisma modifier. You cannot do both versions of Health Brotion in the same turn. You cannot heal yourself with this feature.
Brotection
Beginning at 15th level you can keep your allies safe. As a bonus reaction you can expend a number of Broficiency points up to half your max to increase the AC of yourself or an ally within 30ft by the same number. This extra AC lasts until the beginning of the target's next turn.
Brofessional
At 18th level you are able to let your allies become better than their best selves. You can expend Broficiency points to grant a creature within 30ft of you one of your Action Surges. This expends your Action Surge and they use it on their next turn. You cannot grant both Action Surges to others on the same turns, nor can you use one Action Surge and grant the other on the same turn.
