Monk
Base Class: Monk

These monks use their great mobility to fling projectiles at great speed towards their enemies.

Bonus Proficiencies/Expertise

When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you gain proficiency or expertise (if you already have proficiency) in one dexterity and one wisdom skill. You also gain proficiency in throwing knives. Your martial arts technique mixes combat training with the precision of a dancer and the antics of a jester.

Projectile Technique

At 3rd level, you learn to use your knives even better than before, now being able to harness your flurry of blows into throwing multiple knives at once.

Acrobatic Moment

Starting at 6th level, you can move in acrobatic ways. You gain the following benefits.

Redirect Attack. When a creature misses you with a melee attack roll, you can spend 1 ki point as a reaction to cause that attack to hit one creature of your choice, other than the attacker, that you can see within 5 feet of you.

Acrobatic Fighting. Whenever you make an attack with either throwing darts, throwing knives or your fists you may roll an acrobatics check, if you roll a 16 or higher you gain advantage on that attack.

Back on Your Feet. When you are knocked prone you may use 5ft of movement rather than half your movement speed to stand back up.

Throwing Flip

Starting at 11th level, by using 1ki point you can throw a dart or throwing knife into the air to gain an extra 10ft of range at the cost of -2 to the attack roll. You may use an extra 2ki points to negate this debuff.

Acrobatic Mastery

At 17th level, you can spend 10ki points so that for the rest of this battle you may use your acrobatics modifier instead of your dexterity modifier for attacks, saving throws and checks.
