Base Class: Bard
This form of magic was first made by a woman that was known has the Demon of the Azure star on her travels she taught to people her art of star weaving and the form of stories that could be told with this new form of magic and the power these stories had on people not much is known about this woman or where she learn to do this magic all we know she has gone far in the world from the fact some bards form all over the world have been seen using star weaving
Story of the stars
At 3rd level. You learn how to weave your stars that you summon using your fingers or your arcane focus to make different formations of the stars to weave a story of tales of old and with these stories you imbue friendly creatures with magic that tie to the stories you tell with your stars empower them with enhanced abilities. Like filling your allies with bravery to take on the greatest of foes. Or tell them a story that can give them more of spring in their step. Or even weave the stars to guide their blade to hit their target
Star story: Heroes of Old. you weave the stars tell a story about a group of heroes fighting a great battle giving all friendly creatures with in 15 ft. of you (it becomes 30 ft. at level 6) 2d6 + your Charisma modifier in temp HP (it gains another 1d6 every 3 levels ending with 8d6 at level 20)
Star story: Speed of a comet. you weave the stars to tell a story about a shining comet that bolted through space giving a friendly creature you can see a bonus 10 ft. of movement for 1 minute (it becomes 20 ft. of movement at level 9)
Star story: Strike of the stars. you weave your stars guiding a ally to their mark you give one friendly creature you see advantage for 1 minute or until the creature uses a attack action or a spell action
Field of the Stars
At level 6 you can use a action to weave your magic stars into a magic circle that enhances the flow of healing spells into the body of the creature that the spell is being casted on. You point to a spot with in 60 ft. of you to make the starting point for magic circle and this circle has a area of 15 Ft. And lasts one minute and if a friendly creature is in the circle any spell or other action that would be used to restore hit points to the creature in the circle you add 2d6 to the roll for the healing spell or action that would heal a target and has a bonus action you can dispel the circle early causing a wave of healing energy healing all with in the circle for 2d6 + Charisma modifier and if a enemy creature enters the Field of Stars their movement is halved. but Field of the Stars can only be used once then you must take a long rest before you can use it again.(note you gain a second use of Field of stars at level 14)
The Calamity Star
At level 14 after using three of your star stories you can for a action weave a story about a great forgotten calamity that unleashes a wave of falling meteors that land where you point with in a 120 ft. range forcing all with a 30 ft. range of where you point to make a DC 12 + your Charisma modifier DEX saving throw and on a failed save all creatures in range take 10d10 force damage or half damage on a successful save. Note you have to play three more stories before you can use this action again
