Monk
Base Class: Monk

The Way of the White Water brings forth the innate ability of those who study it to react to flow with combat. Allowing them to guide the raging battle and crush their enemies as the mighty rivers near their secretive enclaves carve the earth, erode the very mountains and shatter massive boulders.

After messing with it a bit I realized a mistake I made so I quickly changed it around and changed some stuff up. So it should have the stuff in the proper place now.

Flow of the River

When you take up this Tradition at 3rd Level, your study of the river and its flow enable you to take a stance at the end of your turn allowing you to take up to two additional reactions during each opponent's turn.

Flow - When you would take non-magical damage, reduce the damage taken by 1d4 + your Dexterity Modifier.

Flex - When you would take damage once per turn, spend 1 Ki, reduce damage taken by 1d10 + your Dexterity Modifier + Monk Level.

Guide - When you would take damage once per turn, spend 2 Ki, reduce all damage taken this turn to 0. Increase your Exhaustion by 1 for each use of this ability. This ability can only be used twice per long rest.

Cresting Blow

At 6th Level, your meditation in the torrents of the river and combat have taught you how to strike at most opportune time.

If you did not take an action on your previous turn you can use Cresting Blow without spending Ki. When using a reaction during your opponents turn, spend 1 Ki and attack as part of that reaction doing 1d6 + your Dexterity Modifier + your Proficiency Bonus Damage.

Eroding Fist

At 11th Level, time spent observing the river and how it carves a path through sand, dirt, and stone has shown you the way to strike harder and further than possible before.

When attacking, you can spend 1 Ki, Unarmed attacks have 10 ft. Range.

When you would be attacked, you can spend 1 Ki, if this is the first reaction used during that turn the target makes a Dexterity Saving throw. If it succeeds it takes 1d4 damage, if it fails it's Stunned until the end of your next turn.

Shattering Fist

At 17th Level, you've mastered the flow of the river. Heard the whispered words of the White Waters that crash against bank, tree, and boulder. Your body has become the flow, the rush, the crashing end.

When attacking, if you did not take an action on your previous turn, you can spend 2 Ki once per turn. This turn you gain an additional attack and all attack rolls are done with 1d12 + your Proficiency Bonus.
