Base Class: Monk

At 3rd level you learn to see the world without using your eyes. As an action you can transform your mind into a weapon for 10 min, limited usage by your proficiency bonus till your next long rest. When you do so, your eyes turn blue and you lose sight.

Side effect: your mind sensors objects in a 30 feet radius, echoing everything to project a blue map of your near location, so nothing can hide. You get immunity to spells relying on sight and resistance to psycic damage. You dont need to sleep, only get in a 4 hour trance.

Resonance Strike: your Spirit also allows you to spend a ki point and perform a range attack. In a 5 feet cone forcing the targeted enemies to block. On hit the unarmed strike damage increases by your wisdom modifier and changes the damage to force damage. In all cases, everyone gets pushed away 5 feet from the detonation point if the size is not more than 1 above Humans.

 

At level 6 you also protect the unstable spirits of your friends, turning objects into colors in your mind. As an action and 1 ki point you can link your spirit with an ally in range, getting him a AC +1, providing resistance to all damage, but you take the same damage as the target. You also can communicate with the ally in mind.

You also learn the shield spell. You can spend your bonus action and 1 ki point to shield an ally in range.

In addition your resonance strikes can ignore an ally. 

 

At level 11 your sharp mind gets unlimited. You can activate it as a bonus action insteat of an action. Your range increases to 60 feet. Your shield also reflect magic when the enemy misses. And the bond provide AC +2 insteat of +1. You are immune to psycic damage now.

When you spend a ki point for a resonance strike and you do a flurry of blows, every strike in this round is a resonance strike.

As a new ability you can spend a ki point to levitate with a maximum of 60 feet and a speed of your walking speed. When your spirit gets disrupted, you will fall to the ground.

 

At level 17 your spirit isnt any longer linked to your body, your body vibrates and unleashes your strong mind. Once per day your body turns into a blue form for 5 minutes. Your speed is doubled. All your actions are ki free. You have total resistance to damage. You also learn the spiritonation move, when you spend a hole round. The enemy has to do a constitution saving throw (DC 10 + proficiency bonus + wisdom modifier) On a failed save, the target loses half of its max health. When the target dies, the resonance gets over a new target and it has to do the same. On a save, nothing happens.

Sharp Minded

You can activate this feature times your proficience bonus per long rest. As you do, your eyes turn blue and you lose sight for 10 min. In return your mind sensors all objects in a 30 feet radius like an echo, creating a map of the near place in your mind.

In general you get immunity to spells relying on sight as well as a resistance to psychic damage. You also dont need to sleep anylonger, only a 4 hour trance.
